Han Brakké, CEO - Chief Executive Officer, has more than 45 years of expertise in the areas of behavioral influence processes, individual and group behavior, personal development, coaching, counseling, talent management, and strategic business communication. He is owner and Executive Partner in Human Resources Management B.V., which he founded in 1986 and which is now one of the oldest management consultancy organizations in the Netherlands. In this work he performs several types of counseling: individual counseling centers on the clients personal background and private circumstances, such as family- and relationship-related issues, upbringing, major positive and negative changes in the clients life, lifetime achievement, mental conditions, business circumstances, and acute problems such as burn-out; counseling-with-coaching centers on discovering the causes behind the clients patterns of behavior rather than learning to cope with the consequences of those patterns.
On the basis of this experience GVC developed a feedback system that anybody can benefit from by using a GVC application.
This method is designed to bring the user in a positive mood, to enable the user to tune their vibes within minutes, and to improve the users performance and quality level of life.
